The $POKER terms

These are the on-chain terms for the $POKER relaunch. If this page and the deployed programs differ, the deployed programs control.

Token standard and supply

Standard
Token2022 with a transfer hook, 6 decimals
Name and ticker
Pokerable, POKER
Supply
1,000,000,000 fixed. The mint authority is burned at creation, so no more can ever exist.
Presale, team allocation, vesting
None. The team can only receive pre-graduation $POKER by winning a Flip, on the same terms as everyone else.
Creator LP, creator fees, migration fee
0%, 0%, 0%

Distribution

Every pre-graduation token is bought on the curve by the escrow, with money a Flip winner won. There is no other issuance path.

Won through Flips
Up to 900,000,000 distributed through Flip-funded curve purchases
Migration liquidity
100,000,000 seeds the migrated pool

Fees

Flip fee
10% of contested winnings only, floored to whole USDC. Uncalled bets and unused chips are not part of the purchase.
Cash rake
2.5% rake on flopped pots, capped at 3 BB. No rake on pots of one BB or less, or on hands with no flop. Fees round down to whole USDC.
Flip stakes
$10, $20, $50, $100, $250. Every player antes one fifth of the table’s stake, and a table pins one stake.

The curve

A Meteora dynamic bonding curve in two segments, priced in USDC. It graduates when its quote reserve reaches the threshold written into its config at creation. That threshold is the graduation condition. The market caps below are what the price implies at each end of the curve, not conditions of their own.

Graduates at
$30,000 raised on the curve, exactly
Launch price
$0.00001 per token, $10,000 FDV
Graduation price
$0.0003 per token, $300,000 FDV
Raised so far
Not readable right now.

A lower curve price can result in more tokens per USDC. It does not guarantee a value after graduation.

Migration

Seeded with
100,000,000 POKER and $30,000 into a DAMM v2 pool
Liquidity
100% of LP permanently locked. There is no instruction to unlock it.
Pool fee
1% flat, collected in USDC by a 2-of-3 Squads treasury
Delivery
Transfer restrictions lift and a permissionless instruction sends each allocation to the wallet it belongs to. The recipient needs neither SOL nor a signature, and the destination is pinned to the beneficiary’s own account, so a stranger may pay for the delivery but may not redirect it.

The transfer rule

Before graduation, a sealed transfer-hook allow-list makes the escrow the only permitted recipient. That is the mechanism behind the whole claim: neither players nor the team can buy, receive, sell or transfer $POKER before graduation outside a Flip win, because the token itself refuses every other destination.

Guardrails

Price bounds
An immutable buy ceiling and sell floor, fixed before the first Flip was played, bound what the escrow can pay and accept.
Who may act
The curve leg is permissionless: anyone can push a purchase along. The DAMM leg is keeper-only, inside those bounds.
An order that cannot fill
A round the market will not fill unwinds to USDC principal after 12 hours. Nobody else’s allocation waits on it.
Separation of funds
The game vault and the token escrow are separate accounts, and no escrow account is delegated to the rollup.

Wind-down and refunds

A wind-down is discretionary. The automation sells through the approved market into escrow and returns actual sale proceeds, pro rata by each allocation’s on-chain cost basis. It is not a face-value refund, there is no deadline, and market price, liquidity and fees determine the amount.

What this is not

$POKER is won through poker. It is not an investment product, a promised return, or a guarantee of liquidity or value. Graduation is not guaranteed, and neither is the price after public trading opens.
